Magma demon for class assigment - low-poly base mesh isn’t mine (it came from the instructor who got it from the Internet and didn’t say where, we were just given four models and I chose to do the second hardest X3) but the UV mapping and Zbrush detail and textures are mine.
First time I’ve every uv-mapped a character in 3DS Max, and am impressed as hell with that part of the software. Whole thing only took about 3 hours, and would have probably have taken about half that much time if the model had had better edge loops and if I wasn’t learning in the process.
Dunno how much time I spent in ZB, maybe another 3 hours. Now to reexport everything back to Max and see what it looks like low-rez.
